I am a well-qualified and experienced Counsellor / Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience providing a competent and professional service. My approach to therapy is integrative, humanistic and centred firmly around you and your individual needs – no matter your age or background.

I have previously worked for the NHS as a Psychological therapist within a busy IAPT service offering psychological support and supervision. I also have experience working within a Community Mental Health Team (NHS) as a Bereavement and Loss Counsellor, as well as working within a Hospice which has given me invaluable experience when working with all areas of loss. I currently work in my own private practice.

I offer a secluded, comfortable, quiet consulting room in Hassocks, West Sussex which offers off road parking and is a 15 minute walk from Hassocks Station and is close to Albourne, Brighton, Burgess Hill, Ditchling, Haywards Heath and Hurstpierpoint.
