My Consulting Room
I am able to offer appointments in person and online via Zoom/Skype.
I offer a secluded, comfortable, quiet consulting room in Hassocks, West Sussex which offers off road parking and is a 15 minute walk from Hassocks Station and is close to Albourne, Brighton, Burgess Hill, Ditchling, Haywards Heath and Hurstpierpoint.
Appointments are usually held weekly and last 60 minutes for individuals and couples. In the case of EMDR sessions these can last up to 90 minutes and this will be charged accordingly.
When we meet for an initial assessment session we will talk through your individual needs and decide on the best form of therapy for you. This initial appointment gives us the opportunity to see whether we can work together and whether you feel I am the right therapist for you. If, for any reason, I am not the right therapist, then I would happily recommend another therapist who may be more suitable for your own individual needs.
I offer both short and long-term therapy.
